At HDE Sub-pump services we offer Acid flush, Xylene flush, and various other chemical treatments. These chemical treatments help to extend the life of the pump by removing material build-up within the pump’s internal components. These services come with the experience and expertise to analyze the pump from the wash pit, to chemical flush bench, and back to you. The testing services we provide give our customers a better outlook and more insight into the wells condition and the pumps future.

HDE is not in the business of selling ESP pumps and parts. This gives us the ability to offer an impartial and unbiased report of the equipment we test. This report gives our customers the ability to assess the pump prior to purchasing a new one, which saves time and money.

We understand the conditions of the pumps based upon well information. Some wells produce paraffin, iron sulfide, and scale, all of which can produce build-up inside the pump that can obstruct shaft movement, or the pumps ability to rotate inside the housing. Build-up can occur within the diffusors, impellors, shafts, housing, and heads. These are all treatable with a chemical flush.  Our initial diagnosis of the pump occurs during the steam flush. This flush enables us to extract the information needed to determine the next flush to apply. It provides insight into shaft play, obstructions, and the pumps ability to rotate freely. In all these cases, the ESP manufacture does not guarantee the next use of the pump until it is retested with a passed test.

Our pump cleaning process has helped companies save valuable time, equipment, and capital by providing the needed information to determine whether a pump simply needs to be cleaned, or replaced.

Our chemical fluid flush options for acid or xylene flushes include conventional organic/inorganic and proprietary acids, along with our other chemicals used to improve your pumps’ overall performance.
